We offer a on the day telephone service, your Clinician will invite you in if they feel a face to face consultation is appropriate.  On the day appointments are released at 8:30 daily.  

We will be guided by the Government and/or NHS England with our appointment system.

Appointments

Appointments can be made by contacting the surgery in person or by telephone.

Our phone lines are open from 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

We are open every week day (including our phone lines) from 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday your call will always be directed to a member of our team, who may ask for information on the reason for your call in order to put you through/book you in with the most appropriate person.

Surgery Hours

  • 8:00am to 18:30 Monday to Friday 
  • Nurse/Health Care Assistant appointments available Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12.00pm & 1.00pm to 5.15pm and Thursday 18:30-20:00
  • Phlebotomy Clinics every weekday morning.
  • Clinical Pharmacist appointments Wednesday & Friday 9:00-14:00
  • First Contact Physiotherpaist appointments Wednesdays 8.30-12:30

Please inform the receptionist if you need to see a doctor urgently. A doctor is available each day for telephone advice, please contact reception.

Extended Hours Clinics

We offer Nurse & HCA appointments on a Thursday eveing between 6.30pm & 8.30pm

We offer pre-bookable routine GP appoitnments via our Primary Catre Network hub on Saturdays.  These appointments are booked through our reception team and can be booked upto 3 weeks in advance
