These are only available after agreement with one of the doctors during
a consultation. A certain number of prescriptions will be allowed before
you need another check with the doctor. If your order form states you have run out, please speak to one of our receptionists who will arrange the appropriate appointment for you.
Repeat prescriptions should be requested by handing in or posting to us your repeat order form or by using our online system. Your prescription will be available
24 working hours after your request has been made. We can post it to you if an SAE is provided.
Remember, if you submit a repeat prescription request the day before or
during a bank or public holiday period, it will not be ready until one
working day AFTER the surgery re-opens.
If you find it difficult to get us your order form to us or to pick up prescriptions, speak to your local pharmacist who can help you with this.
If you are on Warfarin medication and are not monitoring at the surgery the request needs to be made in person so reception staff can see your yellow book.
Please do not order repeat prescriptions over the
telephone except in an emergency.
