We enjoy family practice and provide all general medical services.
 Contraception
Full services are provided. All doctors are able to offer advice on most
contraceptive methods. In addition our two women doctors are able to
offer advice and fit/administer long acting contraceptives including
contraceptive injections, "coils" (including Mirena) and
Implanon devices. Our nurses are able to offer advice on barrier methods
of contraception. We can prescribe the morning after pill.
Pregnancy
We offer pre-pregnancy counselling, antenatal and postnatal care. We
believe babies should be born in hospital but are happy to do all the
other necessary checks with the help of our midwife.
Minor
Surgery
We undertake many minor surgical procedures (injections,
removal or moles, in-growing toenails and other unwanted lesions). If you
think we can help ask at reception for more details.
Travel
Advice
Immunisations, malaria prevention and general advice is
available from one of our nurses. Some
of these services are not part of our NHS provision and may attract a
fee. For further information please see our

Blood
Tests
Blood tests are carried out every weekday morning at the surgery.
Warfarin clinics are held on the first Friday of
every month at Lisle Medical Centre on Brunswick St.
Urgent
blood tests carried out every weekday morning at the surgery.
If your doctor needs an urgent blood test then
you will be given special instructions on where to go to have this done.
