We are happy to respond to email
requests for repeat prescriptions but we will only
provide prescriptions for medicines that are on your
repeat prescription request form and have not been
flagged for patient review.
To request a repeat prescription via
email you must fill out the form below. We do not accept
any requests unless received on the approved form. DO
NOT ATTACH requests to any email as all such requests
will be returned unopened for security reasons.
Your prescription may be collected after two full
working days.
If you have requested an item to
which you are not entitled then we will reply to you by
email asking you to contact the surgery in the normal
way.
You must order a prescription using the online form
below.

non-encrypted format. Complete confidentiality for this
type of repeat prescription request can not be
guaranteed. If you have an issue with this please feel
free to use our normal repeat prescription service.
