We try to provide the best in family medicine but there may be times
where you feel this has not happened. We have a practice complaints
leaflet available detailing the procedure the practice undertakes to
deal with any complaints. Please ask at reception for this. We are
always looking to improve our services and if you have any suggestions
let our Practice Manager (Michelle Hart) know. There is also a suggestion box in
the waiting room.
