Disease Management
We hold nurse led clinics
for monitoring Diabetes, Heart disease, High blood
pressure, Asthma, Chronic lung disease, Thyroid disease
and Stroke. In addition the doctors monitor mental
health, epilepsy and cancer care.
Ante-natal
Clinic
Wednesdays 9am to 12noon. When you find out that you are
pregnant, please contact the surgery to make an appointment to see the
midwife.
Well
Women Clinic
In which cervical smears are carried out by
the nurse.
Child
Immunisation Clinic
2nd, 3rd & 4th Monday of every month.
Child
Health Screening Clinic
Held every Monday afternoon. The Health
Visitors are available Monday to Friday on 336640.
Registration
Health Check
Carried out by our Health Care Assistant.
Phlebotomy Clinic
Carried out every weekday morning at the surgery.
